F.A.Q.

Yes.  It is necessary that all dogs are up to date on vaccines as well as Bordetella (for kennel cough) and have seen their Veterinarian within the past year.  Proof of vaccination required before booking.

Yes.  Dogs older than one year must be spayed or neutered.  This is for the safety of all dogs.

We take them to a private fully enclosed property. Your dog will only play with our dogs, that have been screened (as yours will be).  The dogs will always be within a secured area.

Playtimes are scheduled Monday to Friday.  Depending on where you live, pick up times will vary.  Morning pick ups will be between 8:00 and 10:00am and dogs are dropped back off between 12:00 and 2:00pm.

We send out the route and times for pick up the evening before.

Yes. The safety of your dog is our top priority.  All dogs that will be part of the group must go through a Meet & Greet prior to riding the bus to ensure that all of the dogs will get along well and have a fun time playing together.

All dogs will also use approved safety restraints while riding the bus.

We have a fully enclosed indoor space to ensure that the dogs continue to have a wonderful time playing, even in the event of bad weather.

We have emergency protocols in place and will immediately contact you if needed. Veterinary care will be sought if required.
